Ship the Hot Press Machine-ZC225 to Czech

Pulp Molding Hot Press Machine is to make the pulp molding products shaped on the special mold by the double acion of heating and pressurizing.

One working cycle of this automatic machine is: put the products to the botom mold, press the start buton with both hands, then the lower mold platemoves backward, in place after the upper mold plate downward for thermoforming, after completing the thermoforming,the bottom mold blowing, the topmold vacuum, the top mold rises at the same time. After the hot press shaping, the product is adsorbed on the top mold, the top mold rises in place,thebottom mold moves forward automatically, after the bottom mold is in place,the top mold will break the vacuum and blow the product down.
